All of these recipes were provided in the box we received but they were all delicious, energizing and can be a huge benefit to help with your weight loss goals!

5 Weight-Loss Smoothie Recipes

Classic Apple Detox

  • 1.5 oz baby spinach
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 2 oz celery, chopped
  • 1 cucumber, chopped
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 inch ginger, peeled
  • 1 cup water, 1 cup ice

Lucuma Banana Creamsicle

  • 1.5 oz kale, stemmed
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 3 tbsp cashews
  • 1 tsp lucuma powder
  • 1 cup water, 1 cup ice

Strawberry Orange Basil

  • 2.5 oz grape tomatoes
  • 3 oz strawberries
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • small bunch of basil leaves, stemmed
  • 2 tbsp goji berries
  • 3 tbsp walnuts
  • 1 cup water, 1 cup ice

Happy Tree Ginger Maple Energizer

Banana Swiss

  • 1.5 oz swiss chard
  • 1 banana
  • 1 pear
  • 1/2 tsp camu camu powder

      1. usually strawberries or pineapple. I’ve tried chili lime mango in my mocha supplement before, I know sounds weird but so good!
