Where Kelli And I Are Headed This Weekend
First off.. today is my birthday!! 25 years old. Super excited for the weekend and to celebrate with Kelli and friends.
We are headed to Minneapolis, Minnesota for a business training to learn how to become better health and wellness coaches for all of our clients and teammates!
Super excited of spending the weekend learning how to grow into a better person and a better coach.
By far our favorite part about these wonderful weekend is spending time with other health coaches around the country and learning from them how they are succeeding and serving others and spreading a healthy, active lifestyle in their area!!
We are apart of such an amazing weight-loss conmmunity!!
Don’t Let Traveling Be An Excuse For Failing On Your Meal Plan
I completely understand that it may be a bit more tough to stay consistent on your diet while on the road, but you can still make it happen.
Getting out of your normal schedule should be a positive challenge to help you hone your healthy habits and eating patterns, NOT an excuse to completely quit on your journey.
IF you are really motivated to get into shape and be at your perfect weight, there are certain practices you can implement to stay healthy while traveling that I want to share with you.
3 Tip To Stay Healthy On Your Road Trip
1. Preparation is always key when you travel. Packing healthy snacks is a great way to make sure you have options to choose when you feel hungry. Great options for healthy road-trip snacks are nuts (cashews, almonds, pistachios), fruit (apples, oranges, bananas) and protein bars (Herbalife protein bars are our favorite)
2. Think about adding meal replacement Shakes into your meal plan. They only take 5 minutes to prepare and give you all the nutrients of a full, healthy meal. The Shakes we drink contain 170-200 calories, 17-21 grams of protein and 21 vitamins and minerals. We have 2 a day and they help us stay consistent.
3. If you are traveling with someone or a group of people make sure you have one personal who can act as an accountability partner or weight-loss buddy. It’s always a good choice to have someone who is also looking to stay healthy and encourage one another.
