The Importance of A Morning Routine For Health And Wellness

Health and wellness constitute a broad range of concepts, habits and ideas but, in my opinion, break down to a simple subject. That subject is, how do you feel?

Feeling is such a great barometer to help you realize how you are truly fairing in your overall health and wellness and what you may need to improve.

Do you feel healthy, energized and vibrant? Or do you feel sluggish, sick and tired?

You be your own judge on your current state, but be enthused that it only takes a switch up of a few key morning habits that can get you to where you would like to be.

Healthy habits all start in the morning the first hour after we wake up just as our day starts the hour after we wake up. If you are able to better control what you do in that period of time, the better off you will feel.

A morning routine is so crucial for your health and wellness because it sets off how the whole rest of your day will play out: how you react or respond to other people, how well or poor your perform your job at work or even how much energy you have to play with your children in the evening.

Mastering your morning habits can be a large difference maker in the quality of your days. If you start off on the right foot you will be amazed at the progress you will enjoy in your daily affairs.

Beginning your morning with this simple morning routine is going to help you lose weight and more effectively all while helping you maintain a healthy, active lifestyle.

  1. Like mentioned above, within 10 minutes of waking up in the morning drink 15-20 ounces of lemon water. Make this the FIRST thing that enters your body in the morning. This alone will help you feel much better throughout your day and hydrate your body properly in the morning.
  2. The first food you eat to be a meal replacement shake. The shakes we drink every morning are a FULL meal that supports all our health and wellness goals and fuel us with tons of energy in the morning, just when we need it. They contain 170-200 calories depending the extra fruit or add-ons you include, 17-21 grams of protein, 21 vitamins and minerals and all the nutrients you need from a full, healthy meal all in a simple shake form. It only takes 5 minutes to make and is the meal we choose to have each and every morning.
