  1. Really interesting, Zero Limits. I’m used to just drinking coffee in the morning, but I’m open to trying tea as well. Does it affect you in any way if you’re on an empty stomach when you drink it?


    1. Actually it’s much lighter on an empty stomach than coffee! Kelli and I have our tea every morning with our breakfast shake, but it’s equally as effective on an empty stomach.
