This Quote Is All You Need To Hear For Health and Fitness Inspiration

How many times have you searched for quotes that inspire you to get off your butt and achieve the healthier lifestyle you’ve always wanted? To arouse the motivation inside you to shed the extra weight or achieve that 6-pack you’ve always wanted?

I’ll take a guess you’ve heard thousands of quotes on inspiration but i’m also the one to tell you right now:¬†if you haven’t heard this quote I am about to share with you, this could be the one that gets you going!

The Best Quote For Health and Fitness

If this doesn’t get you inspired to make some changes in your physical body i’m not sure anything ever will. I remember hearing this for the first time and really accepting it as truth and it drove me to achieve the best possible results I ever had. I still read this quote everyday to remind how important the overall health of our physical body is.

“Take care of your body. It’s the only place you have to live.” – Jim Rohn

Let’s repeat that again, “Take care of your body. It’s the only place you have to live.”

WOW. That’s so powerful! Don’t you agree?

How can just one quote encompass so much truth? It almost doesn’t make sense. But let’s take a deeper look at the meaning and see if we can understand it more clearly.

Think for a moment of our physical body and metaphorically what it really is. To me our body is like a vehicle, similar to our car. Like our car takes us from place to place around our towns or cities, our body takes us literally EVERYWHERE we go.

Grasp this and it can change your life!

WE CAN’T GO ANYWHERE WITHOUT OUR BODIES.

I heard a joke one time¬†that goes, ‘we pay more attention to what we feed our automobiles than we feed ourselves.’ We put in the premium oil to prolong the life of our car but feed ourselves processed junk that continually deteriorates our bodies functions and processes.

Living a healthy lifestyle begins with physical health: proper nutrition and physical exercise. To grow to our highest abilities in health and fitness is the most noble things we can do in life.

Here’s another quote I love, specifically for fitness..

” No citizen has a right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training…what a disgrace it is for a man to grow old without ever seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.” – Socrates

How can you use this for health and fitness inspiration?

Understand that anything you want to do or achieve in your life is either hampered or strengthened by one aspect: the health and well-being of your physical body. How well your cells are nourished and how much energy and vitalization you feel on a daily basis.

It doesn’t matter what career path, business or hobby you choose to pursue, it is a self-evident proposition to say that if you feel better you will perform better!

Use this quote for inspiration in knowing that health is the most important aspect to your life (in my opinion). I’ll make another guess that you want to live as long as possible and to have those years be filled with activity and quality time with your loved ones.

If I am right in my guess, I know for a fact that you can make all the years and experiences of your life count if you take your physical health seriously and make it a priority each day to feed your body the right nutrition and to exercise accordingly.

I know this simple quote inspired both Kelli and I to achieve some of the best health we ever had in our lives, and it’s done the same for our clients.

I hope this provided some motivation for your health and fitness goals and gets you to take a long look and be honest with yourself if the physical health you enjoy is adequate for your desires or if you have some changes to make. Either way we are here to support you in achieving your best possible health!
