How To Stay Motivated And Lose Weight

Motivation can be a tricky subject, but a very important one when it comes to losing weight and getting healthy. We all know how true it is that our physical health is the most valuable in life.

There are a few ways that Kelli and I stay motivated. We recommend these to our clients to help them boost their daily motivation which increases their success when following our full program and ultimately achieving their desired results.

They are simple ways, but as everything in life they must be practically applied on a daily basis to have real success.

Obesity Epidemic: America – Adults and Children

Kelli and I enjoy talking about weight loss and specific ways to benefit others to boost the effectiveness and enjoyment of losing weight because of the global epidemic of obesity and the unfortunate toll its taking on modern society. Specifically in america, obesity is continuing to be one of the major preventative causes of death.

The article above goes over the negative effects of obesity and the harsh reality that it has on people and society in general.

That is why Kelli and I are so grateful to live out our passions and help people get healthy and reach their desired body weight. Our joy is in seeing a client of ours finally reach that goal and gain the immediate confidence boost that comes along with it!

Keep Motivated and Lose Weight

  1. Finding a coach will by far be the best possible action you can take right now to stay motivated in your weight loss journey. Yes there is more than enough information on the internet to research and complete the whole process yourself, but it takes tons of work. Finding a coach allows you to focus more on your goals while they can provide you with meal plans, recommendations on nutrition and much more. This will help you lose weight much faster and give you someone who keeps accountable which is very important in a new health journey.
  2. There are many great health coaches, but Kelli and I do know that we provide great coaching, accountability and 1-on-1 support that works. We love helping people lose weight and have shown our plans work because we tailor them to your specific needs.   3. Write down your ultimate goal and stay focused on that as much as possible. A huge topic for advice we always offer to our clients is to stay focused on a specific goal, NOT on losing weight. This can seem counter intuitive but is absolutely essential. We help clients find their main goal and have them write it down and stay focused on that as much as possible.
  4. Begin the habit of reading motivational or inspirational books daily. Feeding your mind with positivity and useful information can be just what you need to get over the hump and stay motivated towards your weight loss goals. What we find is most people quit on a meal plan or new program because they let old influences and thoughts get them down emotionally and leads them to quitting. The key is feeding the mind inspiration daily to keep the focused mindset. Even finding YouTube videos or audiobooks is great. Listening to positive material will help you stay on the path towards achieving your health and fitness goals.
