As someone who absolutely loves fruits and the health benefits they provide, it disappoints me to see the bad reputation fruits contain in the “diet” industry. Because they contain sugars, mainstream diets or quick fixes will downplay the role of fruits as a healthy option to lose weight or eat healthy.
