Meal Replacement Shake Recipes

Do you struggle with eating a healthy breakfast or lunch? Would it help to have a quick and easy meal that was both nutritious and energizing?

In a previous post, I covered why breakfast is important, and now I want to share a few meal replacement shake recipes that will start your day off right and boost your weight loss or help with any health goals that you have!

First requisite for our breakfast is NOT to have just a normal protein shake. They are inadequate for all the needs our bodies have in the morning. What you want to have is a full meal replacement shake that meets all of our requirements for vitamins, minerals and protein that should be present in a full meal!

Three benefits of a Formula 1 Healthy Meal  shake: The Best Meal Replacement Shake For Weight Loss

  • Super convenient: Mix with 8 oz of water or milk and blend with ice.
  • Low Calorie, High in nutrients: 150 cals (8 oz water) 230 cals (8 oz milk)
  • Delicious: Available in 10 different flavors! (My favorite is Mint-Chocolate)

With just these three benefits alone it’s easy to see how adding a meal replacement shake to your morning routine can help aid in living a more healthy and active lifestyle. I’m thankful that a product of this quality was shared with me and am grateful that we live in a day in age where scientific progress has allowed us to consume good nutrition in such an easy way!

So the next question that comes up is, what specific reasons or personal goals must you have for a meal replacement shake to be applicable to your lifestyle?

  • Perfect meal for someone with a busy lifestyle or on the go
  • Ideal for weight loss: Low calorie, high nutrient meal
  • Great for weight management and overall healthy lifestyle: Easy replacement for unhealthy options like fast-food or vending machine snacks
  • Heart Healthy: 0 grams of cholesterol, 0 grams of trans fats
  • Quick meal for weight gain or fitness regimens. Offers 9 grams of protein, which can increase with milk or 1 scoop of Protein Drink Mix
  • Boosts healthy digestion: 9 grams of fiber

Kelli and I have experienced all of these benefits and more and have seen our personal results sky rocket with the implementation of a simple nutrition program. Kelli started on her program with a goal of weight loss, and I started with goals of weight gains and muscle toning.

What is so exciting is that our programs are for anyone and everyone no matter what your goals are! Living an overall healthier life has never been easier especially when coaching is involved which is our passion!

Now after hearing all of the health benefits it’s time to share some of our favorite meal replacement shake recipes and make your morning shake the favorite meal of your day!
