Meal Replacement Shake Recipes

First requisite for our breakfast is NOT to have just a normal protein shake. They are inadequate for all the needs our bodies have in the morning. Meal Replacement Shake Recipes

(All shakes are made with 8 oz of water and 8 oz of ice + 2 scoops Formula 1 Shake Mix & 1 scoop of Protein Drink Mix)

Original French Vanilla

  • Formula 1: French Vanilla
  • 1 tbsp vanilla pudding
  • 1 capful: vanilla extract

Banana Orange Shake

  • Formula 1: Vanilla
  • 1 tbsp: vanilla pudding
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 capful: orange extract

Blueberry Shake

  • Formula 1: Vanilla
  • 1 tbsp: vanilla pudding
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries

Strawberry Banana Shake

  • Formula 1: Vanilla
  • 2-3 frozen strawberries
  • 1 tbsp vanilla pudding
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup strawberry extract
