Hey everyone! We wanted to share today 3 Tips to increase results and keep you on track!
Curb your sweet tooth. Sugary foods can be tough to say no too, so we’re suggesting you still have them!
Simply choose fruit as your sugary snack.
Maybe late at night you have a craving. Have sliced apples with peanut butter, or eat a mango (my favorite fruit!).
Try to cut your meat serving in half and fill in that space with veggies, fruit or maybe a fresh salad.
Drink H2O. Lots, and lots of H2O.
Shoot to consume half of your body weight in ounces per day. This way you will keep hydrated and keep yourself energized.
